We are starting a new company just few months back, We have registration of Vat & Service tax , We have no Excise registration , We are only service provider ( Scientific & Consultancy services ), We have purchase of Capital goods , we paid excise duty on capital goods, my question is Excise duty on capital goods utilize in service Tax (ST-3), Please clarify my doubt.
