how to put respective sales in respective segments

income from institute or coaching as a professional income & TDS deducted agst 194J then how to enter

income- 896100 (this income so as head under capital a/c or indirect income

tds-89610

bank a/c- 806490

for tds refund i have to file both P&L, balance Sheet or I have to show only P&L

All types of lands in rural area considered as agricultural land.  I have 1.10 Acre of dry land in rural area  which I am going to sell .  Is it considered as agricultural land.  The land is likely to sell for Rs 30 lakhs.  In such case what are my tax liabilities
