Can a company claim input credit for mobile bill reimbursed standing in the name of the employee under GST
Iam trader of clothes .. in gst below 1000 there is 5 percent tax if bill is more dan 1000 it will be 12 percent if we purchases 700 shirts each shirt 500 for total bill cost rs 350000 . For me how tax will be charged .. ????

please give detailed explanation to "alternate segment theorem" becoz it is not in the text book, and expl.....n given to this theorem by various sources are not accurate and more over they are not trusted,please take immediate action for this. hope u will do favour for students.
