If yes then journal entry kiya hogi..
If no tho journal entry kiya hogi..


My view for both case in form journal entty is.

Cogs account dr (inclusive of excise if exicse levied)

To stock transfer 
(Being goods use for personal consumption )

If this is used in office furniture then 
Fixed asset account dr 
To cogs

I paid 70000 as IGST tax before supplies to SEZ
& 3000 Adjusted from My credit on purchases

Amt. Payable IGST tax 10000
Paid in cash 70000 &
Paid through input tax credit 30000 in 3B return 


Still i eligible for refund?
