Ours is a small company that provides technical services as well as carries out trading and manufacturing activities since its incorporation. Our turnover is way below the limit of 1.5 cr hence are not obligated to use the HSN codes. Our major revenue however is generated from technical services and have identified the SAC code for the same (AMCs, installation, servicing, etc.). Since we also carry out trading and most of our clients insist on HSN codes as their systems do not allow issuance or POs/payments without them. Are we allowed to list the SAC code for the service related invoices and respective commodity HSN codes for trading/manufacturing sale items?
