Dear SIr,
If I am registered under composition scheme can i sell my product (Ceramic product like wall and floor tiles and sanitary)
to another dealer if yes what is format for invoice "bill of supply" or "tax invoice" ?
I am selling some goods to a party which is based in same state and shipping it to other state on his instruction. We should charge IGST or CGST and SGST.
In our case our billed to customer is Delhi based and shipped to is Maharashtra based. Which GST has to be charged.
