       I try to download itr 2 in my laptop and it's successfully done but I just can't unzip or extract this itr Java utility one. I try to unzip only one 'S  in one of my frndz computer. Can u help me to download the it's 2 Java utility one,  tell me the procedure to download and how to unzip that.  Please sir help me.  From the page of general instruction part a I know. By ur guidance I want to know why can't I find in my laptop or any other computer. Please help me with steps if possible share snap pages to know the things better. Thank you sir.
