Challenges a hunter-gatherer would not face:
- You cannot leave . The crop and the animals need daily care.
- If the crop fails , there is no other food to fall back on.
- You must store and protect grain from rain, rats and thieves.
- Disputes over land and water begin, because land now belongs to someone.
