Sexually Transmitted Diseases or STDs are the ones which are spread by sexual contact with an infected person .
- Gonorrhea and Syphilis are bacterial infections. Their most common symptoms include burning sensation at urination, passing of urethral discharge, and sores in genitals. But both of these infections are curable .
- HIV-AIDS weakens the body’s immune system and leads to death. For now, no cure has been found for this disease.
