  1. BMI refers to a calculation of body fat for adult men and women based on height and weight.
  2. Eating wholesome, nutritious food will help you maintain a healthy BMI .
  3. Every day of the week, a person should e ngage in regular exercise for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. At least 1.5 to 2 liters of water should be consumed each day to maintain proper hydration.
