Step-by-step explanation of the answer:

To write a notice in about 50-80 words, you need to follow these steps:

  • Start with the word NOTICE in capital letters, and center it at the top of the page. This will catch the attention of the readers and inform them that it is an official announcement. 📢
  • Write the title of the notice below it, also in capital letters, and center it. The title should be brief and catchy, and summarize the main purpose of the notice. For example, “BOOK DONATION DRIVE”. 📚
  • Write the date of issuing the notice below the title, in normal letters, and align it to the right. This will show when the notice was published. For example, “6 July 2023”. 🗓️
  • Write the body of the notice below the date, in normal letters, and align it to the left. The body should contain all the relevant information about the notice, such as what it is about, who it is for, what are the requirements, what are the benefits, how to participate, etc. You should use short sentences and concise words to fit your information within 50-80 words. You should also use formal and polite language, and avoid any grammatical or spelling errors. 📝
  • Write your name , designation , and club or department below the body of the notice, in normal letters, and align it to the left. This will show who has written or issued the notice. For example, “Rajesh Sharma”. 👨‍🏫
