Angle subtended by the Diameter Another result which we have is Angle in a semicircle is 90° Or Angle made by Diameter is 90° We can write this in two ways Any angle drawn inside a perfect semicircle will always be exactly 90° (a right angle). Or Diameter is a chord passing through the center. The Angle made by the diameter at any point on the circle is 90° Another example could be like this Let’s look at the proof Proof is here Theorem: Angle in a semicircle is a right angle - Chapter 5 Class 9 – Ganita Manjari Part 1
