Again, try drawing the triangle and measuring, and then check your answer using Baudhāyana’s Theorem.Let’s draw a diagram Now, by Baudhāyana-Pythagoras Theorem c2 = a2 + b2 172 = a2 + 82 289 = a2 + 64 289 – 64 = a2 a2 = 289 – 64 a2 = 225 a = √225 a = √(15^2 ) a = 15 Thus, length of third side is 15 cm
