Question (d) Find the sums and differences: (d) 7 7/100ā4 4/100These are mixed fractions, converting them into normal fractions 7 7/100=(7 Ć 100 + 7)/100=ššš/ššš 4 4/100=(4 Ć 100 + 4)/100=ššš/ššš Now, finding difference ššš/šššā ššš/ššš Since denominator is same, we subtract numerator ššš/šššā ššš/ššš =(707 ā 404)/100 (Note: It is not 44/100 but 404/100) (Note: It is not 77/100 but 707/100) =ššš/ššš =(300 + 3)/100 =300/100+3/100 =3+3/100 =š š/ššš
