(c) One-thousandth or 90 hundredths?First we convert each number into decimal And then we compare decimals using place value table Now, Now, we have to compare 0.001 and 0.9 One-thousandth = 1/1000 = 0001/1000 = 0.001 90 hundredth = 90/100 = 9/10 = 09/10 = 0. 9 Now, to compare numbers First, we compare tens If tens is same, then units If units is same, then tenth If tenth is same, then hundredth If hundredth is same, then thousandth Here, 0.001 < 0.9 ∴ 90 hundredths is greater
