Question 15 Using each digit 0 – 9 not more than once, fill the boxes below so that the sum is closest to 10.5:So, we need the sum 10.5 Before decimal point, sum is 10, and we cannot use digit more than once So, let’s do 4 + 6 = 10 Now, we need to form decimal 0.5, but we need to fil 3 digits each So, we need to be closest to 0.500 Since we cannot use 4 or 6, we do trial and error We can do 0.301 + 0.256 Which give 0.557, but it is close to 0.500 Thus, our answer is Another, more accurate answer could be
