Question 14 (b) Write the decimal forms of the quantities mentioned (an example is given): (b) 12 tens and 12 tenths Number = 12 × 10 + 12 × 1/10 = 120 + 𝟏𝟐/𝟏𝟎 = (120 × 10 + 12)/10 = (1200 + 12)/10 = 1212/10 = 121.2
