Question 5 (b) Using the digits 1, 4, 0, 8, and 6 make: (b) the smallest possible decimal number between 100 and 1000.Smallest possible decimal number between 100 and 1000 would ideally start with 1, and then 0 Remaining digits are 4, 8, 6. Now, we want a smaller number, so we take smallest digit 5 So, now 104 is closer to 100, now we need decimal point Remaining digits are 8, 6. Smallest number by them would be 68. So, we put 6, 8 in number Thus, required number is 104.68
