Question 4 (b) Arrange the following quantities in descending order: (b) 2.567, 2.675, 2.768, 2.499, 2.698To compare these numbers, we put them in place value table Now, to compare numbers First, we compare tens If tens is same, then units If units is same, then tenth If tenth is same, then hundredth If hundredth is same, then thousandth Thus, numbers in decreasing order are 2.768 > 2.698 > 2.675 > 2.567 > 2.499
