Fuel Means

Material which is burnt to produce power or heat

 

Fossil Fuel means

Those fuels or resources which are obtained from dead plants and animals million of years ago

Why are Fossil Fuels called Exhaustible Resources

Since fossil fuels take millions of years to form, we have a limited supply of them. They are Exhaustible Natural Resources. 

If we use all the fossil fuels, they will be gone forever
