In English Non living things do not have gender in English

However,some writers and poets use gender in some cases as follows

Normally Gender for Objects is Neutral (No gender)

Example
Cellphone,Book,pen, are neither Male or Female


However
Some writers use Gender for such objects also
Country/Motherland
We normally use her


God
We normally use "He"

Earth
We normally use "she"

Sun,Moon
We normally use "he"
