  • Stars : big, hot, gaseous celestial bodies that emit heat and light
  • Stars are formed from the clouds of gas and dust in space, which is called Nebula.
  • Sun : a star that is closest to us
  • Constellations : patterns formed by different groups of stars
  • Ursa Major : a constellation that includes Saptarishi . It is a group of seven stars that forms a part of Ursa Major Constellation.
  • Pole Star : a star that indicates north direction and remains in same position
  • Pointer stars : two stars in Saptarishi that point to Pole Star.
