  1. The green revolution helped to enhance the productivity of the grain crops such as wheat in the states like Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.  
  2. The white revolution (Operation Flood) increased the productivity of dairy products . Due to the white revolution, India became self-dependent on milk production.
