They are classified into 3 Categories :-

  1. Herbs
  2. Shrubs
  3. Trees

NATURE OF STEM

Green and Tender stem

Hard, Woody, Thin stem

Very thick stem

BRANCHES

They do not have any branches

They are near the ground level

They are higher up the stem

EXAMPLE

Tomato, Mustard, Radish

Rose, Lemon, Tulsi

Neem, Mango, Peepal
