1️⃣With the help of this letter I would like to gladly inform you that the authorities of my school have decided to take part in the ‘Half-Marathon’ organised by your reputed NGO on 28th April, 2016. 2️⃣Our school’s vision and mission and the cause of the marathon are both aligned with the sustainable development goal number 4 i.e. ‘Quality Education for all’ and hence we have decided to take this decision.
3️⃣I would like to humbly request you to grant us the permission to join you and if agreed, then 4️⃣w e would be needing 200 T-shirts for boys and girls aged 15-17 at the earliest so that no delays are there from our side. We shall be highly obliged.
