Respected Sir,
Through this letter I would like to inform you that due a series of some unfortunate events I have 1️⃣ lost my original certificates for classes X and XII. 2️⃣ It is a case of theft and an FIR has been registered with the local police station but there is no guarantee that the certificates will be recovered. 3️⃣Therefore, I wanted to put in a request for the issue of duplicate certificates as 4️⃣I need them to apply for jobs . 5️⃣My applicant ID is 4567/89/HP and I want to know about the procedure of application to get the duplicate certificates.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest as my career is on stake. I would be highly grateful to you.
