Water is a liquid at room temperature because

  • It's Freezing Point is 0° C, Melting point is 100° C.. and room temperature is always between 0° C and 100° C
  • And, at room temperature 
    • It has a definite volume but not a definite shape 
    • It flows at room temperature
    • It isn't rigid at room temperature
