Example 7 In ฮ PQR, right-angled at Q (see Fig. ), PQ = 3 cm and PR = 6 cm. Determine โ QPR and โ PRQ. Now, sin R = (๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ )/๐ป๐ฆ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ข๐ ๐ sir R = ๐๐/๐๐ sir R = ๐/๐ sin R = 1/2 sin R = sin 30ยฐ R = 30ยฐ So, โ PRQ = 30ยฐ Now, By angle sum property of triangle โ P + โ Q + โ R = 180ยฐ โ P + 90ยฐ + 30ยฐ = 180ยฐ โ P + 120ยฐ = 180ยฐ โ P = 180ยฐ โ 120ยฐ โ P = 60ยฐ So, โ QPR = 60ยฐ Hence , โ PRQ = 30ยฐ โ QPR = 60ยฐ
