Make Excel File with Following details

Employee Name Basic Salary
P 50000
Q 40000
R 10000
S 90000
T 8000


Make File Name- Basic Excel

Put Folder Name- Excel

Save Folder in D Drive 


Important Points

Dont Start from First Column First Row

Leave few rows on left and few rows on right

It is always better to Save File in D or E drive instead of Desktop or My Documents

(because data may be lost if computer windows is changed

We can create shortcut on Desktop for our convenience
