Mention the differences between Weather and Climate. Which type of climate does India have?

Weather  

Climate 

It refers to the state of the atmosphere over an area at any point of time.

Weather conditions and variations over a large area for a long period of time (more than thirty years).

Weather is influenced by temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, precipitation, cloudiness, etc

Climate is influenced by temperature and precipitation.

Example: Rainy day is the weather which lasts for one day or two.

Example: Rainy season is a climate which lasts for four to six months.
