Structural isomers are those which have similar molecular formulas i.e. same number of atoms but differ in the arrangement of these atoms.

The given 2 compounds have the same molecular formula ie., C 4 H 10   and they just differ in the arrangement of atoms. So, they are structural isomers of butane.
