Ex 1.2, 2 Shekhar is a famous cricket player. He has so far scored 6980 runs in test matches. He wishes to complete 10,000 runs. How many more runs does he need? Total runs scored by Shekhar = 6,980 Number of run he wishes to complete = 10,000 Number of runs he needs = Total runs he wishes to get − Runs Scored = 10,000 − 6,980 = 3,020 So, he needs 3,020 runs.
