• Meander: a winding river bend — label the outer cut bank (erosion), the inner point bar (deposition) and an oxbow lake where a loop is cut off.
• Delta: a river splitting into channels at its mouth — label the distributaries , the triangular delta plain , the islands/bars and the sea .
