Here are five different types to bring to your discussion Even Numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, ... (Property Increases by adding 2, always divisible by 2) Powers of 2 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, ... (Property Each term is multiplied by 2 to get the next term) Fibonacci Sequence 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, ... (Property You add the two previous terms together to get the next term. e.g., 5 + 8 = 13) Decreasing Negative Sequence -5, -10, -15, -20, ... (Property Subtract 5 each time to get the next term) Decimal Division Sequence 1, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, ... (Property Each term is divided by 10 to get the next term)
