it brings Reproductive, emotional and behavioral changes also

  • Reproductive changes → internal changes that prepare the body for reproduction (e.g. menstrual cycle in girls).
  • Emotional changes → mood swings, stronger feelings, increased sensitivity.
  • Behavioural changes → deeper interests, peer attraction, creativity.
