Area of PentagonTo find area of any pentagon We split it into triangles and add their area STEP 1: CHOOSE AN ANCHOR VERTEX Start from one specific corner. 2 STEP 2: DRAW DIAGONALS Connect the anchor to all other non-adjacent vertices. 3 STEP 3: IDENTIFY THE TRIANGLES Triangle A The general pentagon is now composed of 3 distinct triangles.STEP 4: VISUALIZE SUMMING AREAS The pentagon's area is the sum of the areas of all individual triangles formed.
