Question 2 - Page 110 What is the median family size of this class?Median is the Middle most value Since frequencies are given, we find median by finding Cumulative Frequency Which means we add frequency of all previous values Since Total Number of Terms = 36 It is even Median would be the Mean of 18th and 19th term Since Cummulative frequency is 23 at Number 5, it means value of 18th and 19th position will be 5 So, Median = 5 We can check this by putting the numbers in ascending order and calculating
