Question 2 (b) Who am I? b. I am a number less than 100. Two of my factors are 3 and 5. One of my digits is 1 more than the other.Numbers having factor 3 & 5 would be multiples of 3 & 5 i..e Number would be multiple of 3 × 5 = 15 Finding multiples of 15 which are less than 100 15 × 1 = 15 15 × 2 = 30 15 × 3 = 45 15 × 4 = 60 15 × 5 = 75 15 × 6 = 90 15 × 7 = 105 So, possible numbers could be 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 Now, given that One of my digits is 1 more than the other Only number 45 fits the bill ∴ Our answer is 55
