Question 2 (a) Who am I? a. I am a number less than 40. One of my factors is 7. The sum of my digits is 8. Numbers having factor 7 would also be multiples of 7. Writing multiples of 7 7 × 1 = 7 7 × 2 = 14 7 × 3 = 21 7 × 4 = 28 7 × 5 = 35 7 × 6 = 42 So, here the numbers could be 7, 14, 21, 28 or 35 Now, sum of digits 8 would be in number 35 ∴ Our answer is 35
