Tenth Now, let’s learn how to compare tenth’s While measuring our pencil, we divided the ruler between 0 and 1 into 10 parts And, called each part 𝟏/𝟏𝟎 Or one-tenth And, 10 times one-tenth is equal to 1 i.e. 10 Γ— 𝟏/𝟏𝟎 = 1 So, how much is the length of the pencil? It is πŸ‘ πŸ’/𝟏𝟎 units Or three and four one-tenth We can also write it as 3 4/10=3 Γ—(3 Γ— 10 + 4)/10=πŸ‘πŸ’/𝟏𝟎 units Or thirty four one-tenth (Notice no and) Similarly, let’s write some fractional units in words
