known as hidden unemployment
. In this case,
more individuals

working than
is
required.

rural areas
:
In rural areas

all family members
work
in the
same agricultural field
more than is required. If
three or four people
stopped working,
the
farm's overall output
would
remain the same
. The three or four people considered in the disguised unemployment.
- Example from urban areas : In cities, disguised unemployment occurs when painters, plumbers, and electricians are u nable to find work on a regular basis and work less than their potential.
