The Organized Sector includes all the enterprises that are registered by the government and these enterprises have to follow all the rules and regulations set up by the government.  There are numerous advantages that the organised sector has over the unorganised sector and that is why it is preferred by employees . 

People prefer to work in organized sector because:

1. Job Security: Since the employment in this sector is contract based , there are negligible chances of the employees getting removed from their jobs without a prior notice.
2. Fixed working hours: Employees of these sectors cannot be exploited into working more than what they are capable of and if they do work overtime, they are remunerated for it. So, the hard work always pays off.
3. Paid Incentives: Employees of the organised sector get a lot of incentives , most of which are usually paid . These incentives include paid holidays, life insurance, medical coverage etc.
