Some times GST Turnover is less than 20 lacs and 40 lacs, still Registration taken
This is called Voluntary Registration
 
Normally Voluntary Registration is take in following cases

Turnover less than 20 lacs/40 lacs

but still Registration taken

Why?

Want to sell online through Flipkart/Amazon (For Interstate Sales, Registration Compulsory)

Want to Take Credit/ITC (ITC Available only to Registered)

Want to deal with Big Companies (They only deal with Vendors who have GST No)

Build Business Reputation (Want to show to client that they have big business)
