Different Parts of E-Way Bill

There are 2 parts of E Way bill
Part A -Containing Details of Invoice
Part B-Containing Details of Vehicle
 
Some times ,,Vehicle is not ready at time of generating E-Way bill, so vehicle no is not available, so we generate only Part A
Later, we can fill Part B through Option -Update Part B'
This Part B can be filled by us also as well as by transporter through his login id password
