Cells which do not have any nuclear membrane are called prokaryotic cells

Cells which have nuclear membrane are called Eukaryotic cells

Organisms having such cells are called Prokaryotes


Example

Bacteria,Blue green algae are Prokaryotes and their cells are called Prokaryotic cells

Organisms having such cells are called Eukaryotes


Example

All Other Organisms(Including Human Beings are called Eukaryotes and their cells are called Eukaryotic cells )
