Ex 9.2, 1 Verify that the given functions (explicit or implicit) is a solution of the corresponding differential equation : 𝑦=𝑒^π‘₯+1 : 𝑦^β€²β€²βˆ’π‘¦^β€²=0 π’š=𝒆^𝒙+𝟏 Now, π’š^β€²=𝑑𝑦/𝑑π‘₯=𝑑/𝑑π‘₯Solving L.H.S π’š^β€²β€²βˆ’π’š^β€² =𝑒^π‘₯βˆ’π‘’^π‘₯ =0 = R.H.S Hence verified.
