We Make two equal lines inclined at angle Find mid-point of both lines Now, we make equal arcs in the 4 line segments we have Bottom two arcs are outside the lines Upper two arcs are inside the line Let’s to the construction Let’s do the construction Steps of Construction 1. Construct equal lines, say = 6 cm each Inclined at any angle 2. Mark mid-points of both lines 3. To draw arc, first we find perpendicular bisector of the segment 4. Choose any point on perpendicular bisector Open compass such that it intersects both end points of the segment And draw an arc outside Now, keeping the radius same, We draw the bottom arc outside And, above two arcs inside
