Constructing Copy of an AngleLet’s do it step-by-step Steps of Construction 1. We start with a given Angle A and a line segment starting at X where we want the copy. 2. Place compass at A. Draw an arc cutting both arms at points B and C. 3. Without changing the compass width, place compass at X and draw the same arc, cutting the line at Y. 4. Place the compass point on C and adjust the width so the pencil touches B. 5. Place compass at Y. Draw an arc with that same radius to intersect the first arc at Z. 6. Join XZ Thus, angle X = angle A So, we created a copy of angle A
