Question 2 (c) Find the angle represented by a. Taking red lines as parallel, and blue line as transversal Red angle and 110° are alternate exterior angles So, Red angle = 110° Now, taking the other two lines parallel Marking lines again in figure Now, our red lines are parallel and green line is transversal Applying Linear Pair in Blue line Green angle + Red angle = 180° Green angle + 70° = 180° Green angle = 180° – 70° Green angle = 110° Taking red lines are parallel and green line is transversal Yellow angle & ∠ a are corresponding angles ∠ a = Yellow angle ∠ a = (70° + 35°) ∠ a = 105°
