  • Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh are rich in minerals and coal deposits.
  • Abundance of water resources available in Arunachal Pradesh but lacks infrastructural development.
  • Rajasthan endowed with solar and wind energy but lacks in water resources.
  • Ladakh being isolated from the rest of the country has a rich cultural heritage but lacks in water resources, infrastructure and vital minerals .
